Trade for hope is a local organization dedicated to the challenge of affecting three of today’s most pressing issues through something that resonates with most people: the confident self-identity that is achieved solely through unique fashion expression. We focus on reversing the economic slow-down, contribute to the green initiative, and support young adults in our community whose situations do not support them in their ambitions.

The concept behind Trade 4 Hope came from a desire to be able to “shop in your best friend’s closet.” A dream of many young women, we believe a large-scale Clothing Swap would not only enable many people to share their style and personal interpretation of clothing but also have a positive effect on the economic and environmental issues that have been gaining presence. Truestyle is committed to supporting Trade 4 Hope through delivering donation items on behalf of clients and supports the organization through volunteering efforts. Trade 4 Hope is currently accepting donations of clean, gently-used women's & men's clothing. You can contact them directly at trade4hope@gmail.com or contact teresa@truestylesf.com for more information.
